Marta has been working in MJCC since July 2015. Previously, she worked at the State Street Bank and Tesco Poland. In MJCC, Marta creates employer branding projects for clients in the financial sector and FMCG. Privately, she is an author of books for children.

Employer Branding Director & PartnerAdrian’s experience in building employer brands is more than 10 years now. Adrian has coordinated the “Grasz o staż” contest at PwC, and took part in preparation of the Best Employers Programme at Aon Hewitt. Adrian co-founded MJCC, and he is responsible for strategic projects. His experience covers a great deal of communication campaigns for companies across various sectors. Adrian believes that each company is able to discover unique values that will attract great candidates.
PR&Employer Branding ExecutiveShe graduated from the Faculty of Management and Social Communication and Polish philology at the Jagiellonian University. In MJCC, Izabela is responsible for projects related to brands employers, CSR and PR recruitment, among others, for companies in the sector, IT and aviation sectors. Previously Izabela had been involved in PR at an interactive agency, and worked in the press office of the “Mediators” opinion poll.

Employer Branding ManagerAneta has been involved in employer branding since 2008, working for such companies as Nestlé and ING Bank Śląski – it was there that Aneta was responsible for building the employer’s image among students and graduates as well as coordinated ambassador programmes. At MJCC, her area of operations focuses on the development and coordination of communication campaigns focused on different groups of candidates for companies for finance, BPO/SSC and FMCG businesses.

Employer Branding Senior ExecutiveEwa has been working in MJCC since March 2016. She has many years of experience in the HR industry – she began her career in Bigram, and then, for nearly three years she served as an Employee Experience Manager in Lingaro, where she was responsible for building the company’s image, both inside and outside the organization. In MJCC, Ewa is responsible for the planning and implementation of activities for customers in the IT industry and new technologies.
Research ExecutiveIn MJCC, she deals with qualitative and quantitative market research. A graduate in sociology, specialised in market research and analysis of public policies at the Jagiellonian University. Karolina gathered her professional experience by, for instance, participating in projects carried out by the KNSS Section for Social Research at the Jagiellonian University, and at such research agencies as Holding Profit and CBM Test.
Office CoordiatorA student at the University of Warsaw. In MJCC, Olga is responsible for administration and logistics. She is accountable for consistent communication between the Warsaw and the Krakow offices. She is also responsible for contacts with external suppliers. Moreover, Olga supports Project Managers in their daily duties.

Research ExecutiveIn MJCC, she deals with qualitative and quantitative market research. A graduate in sociology, specialised in market research and analysis of public policies at the Jagiellonian University. Currently, Joanna is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology, Economics, Education and Methods of Social Research at the Jagiellonian University. She specializes in quantitative and qualitative research, both social research and marketing research. Before that, Joanna cooperated with, Sedlak & Sedlak (a consulting agency), and the Test Centre of Marketing Research and a Center for Strategic Consulting. Joanna also participated in the implementation of numerous studies, including the national project of the “Human Capital Balance”.
